Songwriting for Healing and Connection: 6 or 8 week course for schools, institutions, and organizations. Each session blends reflective writing, somatic grounding, and collaborative sharing within a trauma-informed framework. Participants are guided to transform lived experiences into song, discovering new pathways of healing and empowerment through creativity.
